What are the pick-up times for the vehicles?

The camper can be picked up from 15:00. When your adventure is over, it must be returned before 11:00.

Question 2

What are the conditions for renting a camper?

Accepted Answer

The driver must have held a valid driving licence B in Belgium for at least 3 years and must not have been disqualified from driving in the last 5 years. The driver must also be at least 25 years old.

Question 3

When is my reservation confirmed?

Accepted Answer

The reservation is only final after receipt of an advance payment of 50% of the total rental price, to be paid within 8 days after signing the rental agreement.
Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the start of the rental period.
 
Failing this, the landlord has the right to re-let the reserved period, without this giving any right to a refund of the advance payment to the tenant.

Question 4

Am I insured when I travel with the camper?

Accepted Answer

Of course. The rented camper is covered by a full-omnium insurance. Full omnium includes the coverages own damage, fire, theft, and glass breakage.
 
There is a deductible for own damage of €1400 (=the deposit). Furthermore, travel assistance is also provided in case of accident or breakdown.
